John Read is founder at Prodktr. John is a successful Fintech executive with over 25 years extensive UK and International experience of leading and setting up successful Derivatives, Investment Operations and Business Transformation firms, operations and technology and high-performance product development teams.
John has led large, complex and simplified client operating system and service provider implementations for Investment firms including Calypso, Charles River, Aladdin and Murex technologies. John’s approach is to bridge and enable proven innovative technologies for his diverse Institutional, private and individual client network.
John held Global and Regional Director Investor Services Product head roles at Citi, Northern Trust and JP Morgan until 2016. He was Global Product Head and investor at Holr Media, an exciting US based social network disruptive firm.
John then founded Prodktr a specialist business transformation service in the capital markets, specialising in derivatives and investment operations.
Rob O’Neill is a senior Prodktr investment operations partner and has over 20 year experience within financial services including service provider, asset management and consultancy domains.
Extensive Operations experience spanning Fund Administration, Long & AI, Portfolio Accounting and Middle Office IBOR from Ops Management & Ops Support to remediation & troubleshooting working with leading firms ASI and Fidelity International.
In recent years this has been applied to Target Operating Model design and key constituent parts, from requirements gathering and analysis to definition, development testing through to go-live.
Rob has applied a total quality management approach to process improvement & operations design across static data, pricing, reconciliations, tax system configuration and data transmission & lineage through system sets in fund accounting and IBOR scenarios.
