  • solution design
  • system implementation
  • testing and training
Why partner with Prodktr to deliver operating model transformation?
  1. A trusted partner: Partnership is core to how we work, and it is key to how we will succeed together. Our preferred style of delivery is as one team. We think leaving the badges at the door is the only way to gain trust and pull through the hard times of delivery.
  2. A unique understanding of boutique and large Asset Management culture: having worked with similar sized companies, we know what drives behaviours in the business. We will bring insights and experience and will be able to apply it to this programme ensuring that it is tailored to the client, and that the change sticks through new behaviours and habits.
  3. Asset Management experience and skills: Our extensive trading and investment operating model experience is complemented by our previous platform partnerships where we have delivered similar requirements for leading investment firms.
  4. Our investment domain specialists will augment with you and your teams: We are ready and willing to come onboard to deliver the operating model review and design and provide solution options.
